Rules and Regulations

Trick or Tweet vouchers are redeemable at nine participating Marriott and Renaissance resorts in the Caribbean & Mexico through December 20, 2010. Vouchers can be redeemed only at the hotel specified on the voucher. One of each voucher can be used one time only, per room, per stay. These vouchers are linked to names and email addresses given at time of Trick or Tweet registration for tracking purposes and this information must match the name on the hotel reservation. Valid identification must be presented upon request. You must be a registered guest of the hotel to redeem vouchers. Voucher has no refundable or cash value, and no change or credit will be given on any unused portions of the voucher. Voucher must be presented to hotel at check-in and will be subject to verification. Vouchers cannot be used by employees of Marriott International or in conjunction with the following types of rates.

Rates that are not publicly available, such as negotiated corporate or group rates. Discount rates offered only to members of groups or individuals who meet previously-specified criteria, including AAA members, seniors, government employees, or Marriott Rewards members . Package rates that include the room and other components such as travel, car rental, entertainment, and/or non-breakfast meals. Rates available on Web sites, such as Priceline and Hotwire, that do not disclose the hotel brand until the reservation is completed. Pre-paid rates that involve a voucher or other form of pre-paid certificate (including electronic vouchers and certificates) for a hotel stay outside the United States and Canada.

Taxes/gratuities on services and products offered on the vouchers is not included. If voucher is defaced in any way, it will be invalid and cannot be re-issued if lost or stolen. Trick or Tweet Voucher may not be resold or auctioned online and can not be reproduced in any way. Other restrictions may apply.
